Can I use Playbooks without an organization?+
Yes. The Playbooks tier is available as a standalone subscription for independent coaches. If you are part of an organization, it can also be added as an add-on to the Development tier.
Is OnChalk only for football?+
OnChalk is designed with football in mind, but the platform's concepts — playbooks, installs, player development, and organization management — apply to any sport that uses structured plays and coaching development.
What happens to my playbook if I leave an organization?+
Your playbook is yours. OnChalk playbooks are portable and tied to your coach profile, not to a team or organization. When you move on, your playbook comes with you.
How much will the paid tiers cost?+

Do players and guardians need to pay?+
No. Player and Guardian access is free. Players can view their assignments and track progress, and guardians can see evaluations and feedback — all at no cost.

Yes. OnChalk is built on Google Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security practices. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we follow strict data privacy guidelines — especially important when working with youth athletes.
